Bringing You the Latest Buzz from Grace Fellowship

PASTOR'S PEN
From the desk of Pastor Paul

There is a better way. Instead of being paralyzed by all that is going on around us, we can say, "It's our turn to do something great for God." The times are ripe for believers to become all that they can be in Christ. With God's help, we can make an impact on the world around us. Romans 5:20 encourages us for times like these: "Where sin increased, grace increased all the more."
During times of opportunity, rather than stepping up to the challenge, some people simply continue to talk about everything that is wrong. Like the ten spies in Numbers 13:32, they spread among the Israelites a bad report about the land they had explored. They were not only fearing the future; they were underestimating God.
When God gives us an opportunity, He expects us to do something with it. I would like to suggest that opportunities to step up, take our turn, and do something with God and for God abound.
Grace Fellowship it is our turn to do something great for and with God.
Galatians 6:9–10 reminds us: "So let's not get tired of doing what is good. At just the right time we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don't give up. Therefore, whenever we have the opportunity, we should do good to everyone—especially to those in the family of faith."
Excited to see you this weekend.

As we work to finish this building project well, it is important to remember that this is about more than construction. We are building a place for ministry, worship, discipleship, healing, and generations yet to come. And every person has a part in that story.
Some may give substantially, others less; the amount does not matter. Others may pray faithfully. Some may serve quietly behind the scenes. Others may encourage when weariness sets in.
The beautiful thing about a puzzle is that when one piece is missing, you notice it. The picture is not complete without it. The same is true in the body of Christ.
God has uniquely placed gifts, resources, encouragement, and purpose within each person. When we all bring our piece, the picture begins to come together in a way that reflects His glory and His faithfulness.
As we continue moving forward together, may we remember this: no role is too small, no gift is insignificant, and no act of obedience goes unnoticed by God.
Every piece matters.
