What Home Teams Are
Home Teams are the heartbeat of discipleship at Grace Fellowship. They’re small groups that meet during the week to grow in faith, build real friendships, and walk out the Christian life together. Each team creates space to talk through Scripture, pray for one another, and practice what it means to follow Jesus in everyday life. Draft Days run January 1–17, giving you the chance to choose the team that fits you best. Our new season officially begins the week of January 18, and we’d love to help you find a place to belong and grow.
Leading a Home Team
If you feel called to help others grow, you may be a great fit to lead a Home Team. Leaders create a warm, welcoming environment, facilitate discussion, and encourage spiritual growth. General expectations include being committed to Grace Fellowship, maintaining a consistent walk with Christ, and being able to guide a group with humility and care. To equip you well, we’re hosting two training gatherings—Home Teams Huddle—at Pastor Paul’s home: December 10 at 6:30 pm and January 3 at 9:30 am. If you’re interested in leading, these sessions will give you everything you need to get started confidently. Contact Pastor Paul if you're interested in leading.
