What Home Teams Are
Home Teams are the heartbeat of discipleship at Grace Fellowship. These small groups meet during the week to grow in faith, build real friendships, and walk out the Christian life together. Each team provides space to discuss Scripture, pray for one another, and practice following Jesus in everyday life.
We have various options for specific needs including:

Leading a Home Team
If you feel called to help others grow, leading a Home Team may be a great fit. Leaders create a welcoming environment, guide discussion, and encourage spiritual growth.
