Home Teams are the heartbeat of discipleship at Grace Fellowship. These small groups meet during the week to grow in faith, build real friendships, and walk out the Christian life together. Each team provides space to discuss Scripture, pray for one another, and practice following Jesus in everyday life.
New seasons offer opportunities to join a team that fits you best, and teams meet weekly throughout the year. Whether you’re new or have been part of Grace Fellowship for years, we’d love to help you find a place to belong and grow.

Leading a Home Team
If you feel called to help others grow, you may be a great fit to lead a Home Team. Leaders create a warm, welcoming environment, facilitate discussion, and encourage spiritual growth. General expectations include being committed to Grace Fellowship, maintaining a consistent walk with Christ, and being able to guide a group with humility and care. To equip you well, Grace offers training gatherings—Home Teams Huddle—periodically to ensure leaders are supported and help as needed.
