PASTOR'S PEN
From the desk of Pastor Paul

Many of us expect a harvest without ever sowing seed. There can only be a harvest of weeds if we have not sown seed wisely and judiciously.
It would be good for us to have a better understanding of seed. Seeds are small but fully loaded. They carry entire trees, systems, and ecosystems in miniature. Each seed has design, memory, and DNA built into it. When Jesus taught in Mark 4:30–32, He was teaching about the power of seed: “Again He said, ‘What shall we say the kingdom of God is like, or what parable shall we use to describe it? It is like a mustard seed, which is the smallest of all seeds on earth. Yet when planted, it grows and becomes the largest of all garden plants, with such big branches that the birds can perch in its shade.’”
A single seed has the ability to produce a great harvest, whether in more seed or in fruit (see Genesis 26:12). A single seed can birth a business, spark revival, plant a church, launch a movement, or bring financial blessing and favor.
The prophet Haggai asks: “Is there yet any seed left in the barn? Until now, the vine and the fig tree, the pomegranate and the olive tree have not borne fruit. ‘From this day on I will bless you,’” (Haggai 2:19). So, sow seed today and every day, whether with your words or with your finances.
Galatians 6:9 says: “Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.”

Join us this weekend, Saturday night at 5:30 and Sunday morning at 9:30, as Pastor Paul concludes this series on offense.

WHAT'S HAPPENING!

Penny Laird and Marietta Wright have collaborated on a new book titled The Gift.
In this small but powerful book, Penny writes from the Father’s heart about what it cost to send the gift of Jesus, while Marietta beautifully illustrates the story.

Not Built on Ambition, But on Assignment
We’re not building this building out of ambition, but out of assignment. We believe God has called us to something bigger than ourselves, something that will impact lives far beyond this generation. Because of that, we’re not relying on our own strength or ideas. We’re saying “yes” to what He has asked of us and trusting that He will provide every step of the way.
There is still much ahead. We have resources to raise, prayers to pray, and people to bring along with us. But when something is truly from God, it comes with His authority. We’re not asking Him to bless our plan, we’re aligning ourselves with His.
As you watch this message, we invite you to lean in, pray with us, and ask how God is calling you to be part of what He is building here at Grace.
