From the desk of Pastor Paul
I want to give you an update from the team in Uganda.
Things didn’t work out this time for the team to minister at Give Hope in the way they had planned, but they weren’t dissuaded. Instead, they went into nearby villages and simply began talking with families. Before long, children and adults were gathering everywhere.
The team had planned to feed 25 people, but God stretched the food—just like He’s in the habit of doing—and they ended up feeding 70 hungry mouths.
Today they moved on to another village, where 80 to 90 kids showed up. Wow—God is so good.
Early this morning (this afternoon our time), a separate team went into Kenya to purchase a bale of clothing that will be distributed by our team in Uganda.
Also, you may be wondering about the baby shower for Pastor Isaac and Judith. Here’s a note from them:

We're still overwhelmed with emotion as we share our deepest gratitude for the incredible surprise baby shower you all organized for us! Lanna and Jeff, you guys are amazing - we can't thank you enough for leading this wonderful initiative. Pastor Paul, your Leadership is a beacon of hope.
To the entire church family, your love and support mean the world to us. We've been through a tough time, and honestly, I was broken, troubled, and frustrated. But your kindness, generosity, and prayers have lifted us up and brought healing to our hearts.
Your unconditional love has shown us that it's well with our hearts now. We're grateful for this community and the way you've wrapped us in love. Thank you for being the hands and feet of Jesus to us.

Building Update
We just wrapped up an update with Trevor and the Van Ewing team, our contractor. Thankfully, the weather has been cooperating, and today the stem wall and the foundation walls on the north and east sides were poured.
Here’s some really good news: Croell Concrete opened the Buffalo plant just for this pour. Otherwise, they’re shut down for the winter, and the concrete would’ve had to be trucked in from Sheridan.
Rocky Mountain Power showed up on Monday ahead of schedule! Thank you, Jesus!
The underground drainage system under the future parking lot is well underway. God has provided the dirt from the gift property on West Fort Street, and the unusable dirt from the Cemetery Creek property is being used to fill in ravines on the north end of that property. Isn’t it amazing how God knew exactly what we needed before we did?
Lord willing, the structure will start going skyward in about two months. When that time comes, we’ll invite the people of Grace to help us start dreaming and brainstorming names for different parts of the building and campus.
