May God give each of us a fresh desire for the presence of God. We can speak glibly and even with some unbelief, “Yes, I desire to experience more than His omnipresence.” Yes, it is true that God is omnipresent; it is one of His attributes. But what I am asking for is more of His evident, noticeable presence. May we long for those times when God’s presence is near and unmistakable in our lives. We experienced a taste of that this Saturday.
In Exodus 33:11 we read that, The Lord would speak to Moses face to face, as one speaks to a friend. The word for face is the same word (prosopon) as the word presence. So, when the Bible speaks of God’s face, it is speaking of His presence. For example, Psalm 27:8-9 says, My heart says of You, “Seek His face!” Your face, Lord, I will seek. Do not hide Your face from me. To seek God’s face is not to find some place in space where God is located; rather, it is to have our heart enabled by the Holy Spirit to sense His reality and His evident presence.
This brings new light to 2 Chronicles 7:14, if My people, who are called by My name, will humble themselves and pray and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.
I encourage you today to seek God’s evident presence—His face. Like Moses (Exodus 34:2), present yourself to God so that He may reveal His presence in your life. God shows up in powerful ways to the person who longs for Him and waits for Him.

God answered our prayers! Rocky Mountain Power has completed the utility work for the site and the neighbors. This allows the work to speed up.
Parking lot drainage system is complete.
The plumbing will soon start being roughed in for the men’s and women’s restrooms- during this phase let’s make a difference by getting the squares filled for these two spaces.
